Production Process

Material: Our exquisite range of wedding and formal attire—including wedding dresses, bridal gowns, evening dresses, prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, party dresses, and mother of the bride dresses—is crafted from only the finest fabrics. Our standard materials include satin, chiffon, taffeta, tulle, organza, and velvet, all chosen for their high quality and durability.

Upon request, we can also accommodate special fabric preferences such as silk satin or cotton, ensuring that we meet our clients' specific requirements and exceed their expectations.

Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post, with an expected delivery timeframe of 4-16 days. Depending on inventory location, your order may ship from either our warehouses in China, Canada, or the US.

For international shipments originating from China, we take additional precautions in packaging to ensure your gown arrives in pristine condition. The gown may be turned inside out to protect delicate beading or lacing and will be securely placed in a courier bag. Given the rigors of international transport, we strongly recommend a steam press upon arrival to restore your gown to its fullest beauty.

Please carefully review your order details (size, color, style) before placing your order. For custom orders, make sure to include your measurements, correct color number, and any special requests when placing your order, or contact customer service or email us these details immediately after your order has been placed. Please note that custom-made items are not returnable unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part.

If you encounter any issues with your item or if it does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately for a prompt resolution, such as a refund or an exchange for a new item.

Returns: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate a return. The returned item must be in perfect, unworn condition, exactly as it was sent to you. It should not be altered and must be free from any dirt, stains, or damage. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Repair Service: We offer free repair on your dress; however, both the return postage and the re-shipping cost will be your responsibility. Items must be returned to us within 14 days after your return request has been accepted.
