Shipping Timelines

• Standard Products: Delivery typically takes 2 - 6 weeks from the order date.
• Custom-Made Products: Custom orders require approximately 4 weeks for production, followed by an additional 1 - 3 weeks for shipping.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

• Her Shop ships all orders via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over USD $150 shipped within the U.S and Canada.

Shipping Notification and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a notification email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your order via our Her Shop Tracking Portal.

Return Policy
At Her Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below for a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

Standard Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, have tags attached, and are in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-Made Products: Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there are obvious quality issues or errors in the order. If a return is approved, a $50 return handling fee and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Jewelry: Please note that jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hershop.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. This step is especially important for addressing quality issues or errors in your order.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product to one of our return addresses listed below.

Return Extensions: Extensions to the 30-day return period may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Please contact our customer service team for approval if you need an extended return period.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hershop.com.
