How do I submit my measurements for a custom dress?

You can follow our Measuring Instructions to take your measurements accurately. Enter your measurements in the Note field at checkout, or email them to info@hershop.com after placing your order. Please include your order number.

How long does it take to receive a custom-made dress?

Our custom dresses typically take 4–8 weeks to produce, depending on design complexity. Shipping time is additional and varies by location. We will always keep you updated.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! We proudly support all body types. Most of our dresses are available in inclusive sizes, and we also offer custom sizing at no additional cost to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I return or exchange a custom-made item?

Custom-made items may only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or incorrect. For other cases, we may offer a courtesy return with a 40% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
