However, we strongly recommend allowing additional time before your wedding. This gives you time to try on the gown, make any local alterations if necessary, select your accessories, and enjoy the process without unnecessary pressure.

Rush production may sometimes be possible, but planning ahead gives you more options and greater peace of mind.

Don't Be Afraid to Ask About Customization

If you find a dress that's almost perfect, don't immediately move on.

Ask whether it can be customized.

Perhaps you love the gown but want long sleeves. Maybe you prefer a more modest neckline, additional lining, a different back, less embellishment, or a longer train. Sometimes relatively small design changes can turn a dress you “like” into a dress you absolutely love.
