Shipping Timelines

• Standard Products: Delivery typically takes 2 - 6 weeks from the order date.
• Custom-Made Products: Custom orders require approximately 4 weeks for production, followed by an additional 1 - 3 weeks for shipping.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

• Her Shop ships all orders via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over USD $150 shipped within the U.S and Canada.

Shipping Notification and Tracking

Return Policy

At Her Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below for a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A $10 shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hershop.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, especially if there are quality issues or errors in your order.

Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted.
