Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policies

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on items outside of these conditions:

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed). 

We provide free return label upon written return request for customer registered and subscribed our newsletter with full contact information. 

REFUNDS

We strive to provide you with the best customer service available. We do not offer refunds on items outside of these conditions:

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed). 
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment never arrived. 

EXCHANGES

If you found something you like even more, we require any requests for exchanges within 12 hours of your order. Any requests made after this time will be looked into on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours of an order. Any requests made after this time will be looked into on a case by case basis.
