Custom-Made Products: Custom orders require approximately 4 weeks for production, followed by an additional 1 - 3 weeks for shipping.
Shipping to the USA and Canada
Her Shop ships all orders via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hershop.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, especially if there are quality issues or errors in your order.
Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted.
