For custom orders, provide precise measurements, color numbers, and any specific requests. If you need assistance, contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Kindly note that custom-made items are non-returnable unless they involve a quality issue or an error on our part.
Issue Resolution
If your item does not meet your expectations or if any issues arise, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving any concerns by offering solutions such as refunds or exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. The item must be in its original, unworn condition without any alterations or signs of wear, such as dirt, stains, or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions are ineligible for a refund. Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of the return request approval. Please note that custom-made orders cannot be returned unless there are significant quality issues. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
For items eligible for exchange, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Ensure the item is in its original condition and contact us within the stipulated time frame to request an exchange.
Free Repair Service
We offer a complimentary repair service for your dress, although you are responsible for the return and re-shipping costs. This service is provided to ensure your dress meets your expectations and fits perfectly.
