Why is my shipment delayed?
We appreciate your patience and understanding with shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than expected for your order to arrive. Check your email for all order status updates. You will receive an email once your items are shipped from our distribution center.

Where's my order? I don't have a tracking number yet?
Tracking number notifications are only available once your order is shipped from our distribution center. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email.

Can I return products that I do not want any more?
We will refund any products you are not satisfied with for any reason, if it is returned within the required time.

Will you extend the return policy?
We have temporarily extended our return policy. All purchases made after March 15, 2020 can receive a refund if returned within 60 days.
