You may try the dress on, but please ensure no stretching or marks. Dresses that are damaged, stretched, or dirty will not be accepted.
- Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable returns. This includes cases such as incorrect custom measurements provided by the customer, a correctly-made standard size that was wrongly chosen, or if the event is canceled, and the dress is no longer needed.
